1. Products Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns of medicines once sold, except in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received during transit
• Expired product received

Note: Opened or partially used medicines are not eligible for return.

2. Return Request Process

• Raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our customer support at info@ziptuspharma.com.
• Provide order details and clear images of the product and packaging as proof.
• Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or request you to return it via courier (instructions will be shared).

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated only after product verification.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used medicines
• Temperature-sensitive medicines or vaccines
• Products without original packaging or tampered labels
• Non-prescription products returned beyond 48 hours of delivery

5. Replacement

• If the product is available, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund.
• If the product is out of stock, we will process a full refund.
